Your order will be picked by our team in our USA warehouse and packed into a large batch- orders status will be ‘printed’ in your account. |
| Your address label will be generated with your tracking number, this will be automatically emailed to you and parcels are given to Ground Advantage. Your order should arrive within 2-5 business days of you receiving your tracking number. |
We endeavor to get your order to you within 10 working days of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays), but please do email us if you are concerned.

If you have been sent tracking details, tracked your order, and the maximum delivery time (below) has been reached, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to help.
We will not consider resending a missing parcel until this maximum time has been reached. Please note these times may be longer if there are delays in stock and you will be notified by email once it has shipped.
CUSTOMS
If your order arrives and has visibly been stopped by customs you will need to keep proof of this and send an image of it to us.
Once received, we can then resend the order for you, if your order was covered by our delivery insurance.
Your package will contain either a letter from customs or green tape around the package, marked Ministry of Agriculture, or both.
We will need to see photographic evidence of this before we can resend your order so please do not discard this before you have contacted us or we will not be able to re-send your order.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
To avoid fraud, or using addresses that go against our agreed terms (e.g. freight forwarding companies), we require the delivery address to be the same as the billing address. Once an order has been placed we are not able to make any changes to it.
However, if you have made an error on your delivery address, please get in touch within 24 hours.
Once your order is sent to our packaging team, we are unable to make any changes.
PACKAGING
Our seeds are sent in their original breeders packaging. They are then wrapped up and placed in bubble wrap envelopes. This ensures that they arrive with you protected and in perfect condition.
